This is BS. It is like restoring ones virginity.....can't be done. Me or no one else is going to pay big bucks for a replica. There are only the orginals and never will be any more.
You can build it. It will cost you over a million and anyone stupid enough to buy it will be an imposter.

On the subject of building or buying a Tucker replica - I know this will be controversial but bear with me.
We know that Tucker was working on a new smaller rear engine car when the company folded. This car was to be produced in 1951.
Now if the company had stayed in business they may have made something very much like a 1960 - 69 Corvair.
So if you want a Tucker but can't afford the $250,000 there is the closest available alternative.
